測試(Test)是用電性驗證每顆 die 是否能用的步驟 — 兩階段:CP(在 wafer 上)、FT(封裝後)。Bin 分類決定 die 的命運。Conf call 上聽到 SBL、DBL、bin、wafer map、tester 多半是這一段。
